Wright Park has been in existence since the late 19th century, and was originally built to capture the peaceful, pastoral essence of traditional parks in England. The park is located north of the downtown area and is bordered by Division Avenue to the north, and 6th Avenue to the south. Today, the park offers its visitors a chance to wander through its beautiful arboretum, a bucolic setting that features more than 700 mature trees, that represent 100 native and exotic species.
