Description:

One of nine such repositories in the United States, the Karpeles Manuscript Museum in Tacoma contains historical documents and artifacts from the largest private manuscript collection in the world. The Tacoma collection changes its displays about four times a year, with exhibitions ranging from antique musical compositions by famous composers to models of historical ships. It is positioned beside Wright Park, which contains the lovely, historical W.W. Seymour Botanical Conservatory, on the northwest side of downtown.
